Yes! There are no caps on overall usage and our systems are designed to let you transcribe at least 720 hours of audio or video per month. The only rule is you can't share your account.
Each file can be up to 500MB — many hours of audio. Large files are automatically split into ~10-minute chunks and transcribed in the background, so just keep the tab open while they process. Unlimited members can upload up to 50 files at a time.
