We collect your account information (email and name) and the media files you upload for transcription, along with the resulting transcripts.
How we use your data
Your files are used solely to produce transcripts and the features you request (translation, speaker recognition, export). We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
Storage & security
Files and transcripts are stored securely with access controls. Free-tier source files may be removed after a retention period. You can delete your transcripts or your entire account at any time.
Your rights
In line with GDPR and CCPA, you can request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
Third parties
We use Supabase (data & auth), Paddle (payments), and AiHubMix (AI transcription & translation) to operate the Service.
