Terms of Service — Wavetype

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wavetype (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is a demonstration prototype.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Accounts are for a single person — sharing login credentials is not permitted on Unlimited plans.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only upload content you own or have the right to transcribe. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund, subject to reasonable usage limits.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcription accuracy may vary based on audio quality and language.
