Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for Wavetype are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf, and its terms also apply to your purchase.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Wavetype Unlimited, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, subject to reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse.

3. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Billing → Manage subscription in your account; you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new period begins, but contact us if something looks wrong and we'll make it right.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@wavetype.app from the address on your account, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. We typically respond within two business days.
